'Good Afternoon Whistling Song'
Stainton Primary Yr 1 & 2
Transition Singing Project led by Jilly Jarman 2010

We used drawing in the air, movement and other imaginative rhythmic ideas made up by the class to get the basic melody and tune. The whistling idea came from a boy who said the lines we were drawing in the air looked like a whistle! Fantastic - it made the song. There is an introduction/folk dance game to go with it.
